Cooking knows no limits
For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for food. My grandmother taught me how to cook, especially make pasta, and over the years I have been researching and experimenting with recipes.

My sister was diagnosed with celiac disease and i have been lactose intolerant for as long as I can remember. Thus, I made it a challenge to create foods that we could both eat, foods connected to our roots and that would bring us together as a family, because at last we could eat a very nice meal without leaving anybody eating something else akwardly staring at everyone else, feeling left out .

The purpouse of this blog is to inspire you and provide you with recipes that meet your dietary needs, maybe also somebody else"s needs too, so that you can find joy not only eating, but also cooking your food.

That whatever you made wiht love, others will enjoy .

And nothung could make me happier than the fact that you absolutely love the food and the experience.
